Oh my God buy this card .. that's what this review will end with. Let me begin the review first though.  Recently NVIDIA gave the green light to certain companies to produce  SE, S and Ultra editions of the GeForce4 Ti 4200 chipset. Basically the manufacturer has a free hand in what PCB design they can use and what memory the can equip that card with.

Now Albatron took that rather serious. Picture a GeForce4 Ti 4200 A3 silicon on a 8 layer GeForce4 Ti 4600 PCB with with a copper cooler and BGA 3.3ns memory covered with ramsinks. Satisfaction guaranteed people .. I mean even a person with very little knowledge of overclocking/tweaking understand that this card will be the cream on top of your ice. And all that for a price just barely higher than your average GeForce4 Ti 4200.

When we open up the box we make note of the fact that Albatron handles their graphics cards with the same deal of respect as they do with their mainboards. The card really looks awesome, and in the name of the godfather, this card seems to have what it takes to be a winner just by looking at it for the reason mentioned above. The design is a NVIDIA reference based layout on a blue PCB with 128 MB 3.3ns DDR memory.

The card comes with CRT output and DVI output but also S-Video output S-Video connector and supplied cable. Optional there will be a video in version available also.

Furthermore in the box you'll notice of course a manual, one driver CD-ROM, Intervideo WinDVD software (full version) and two games (Motocross mania and serious Sam). You'll also fine a SVideo to composite, compostie and a SVideo cable in the box. All in all a very nice package for a rather low-cost graphics card.

GeForce4 Ti 4200 stands for excellent multiple display options, great DVD movie playback and gaming wise a product that is fully DirectX8.1 compatible with a performance that is simply jawbreaking for not too much money.
