Samsung created a little monster with the 840 Pro series of SSDs, they are remarkably fast in pretty much any and all tests from our benchmark suite. Head on over into the review.

Good bit faster read speed than my Corsair force GT, and double the write speed. Couldn't be happier. *I knocked my cpu heatsink outta place when installing and thought the 840 pro must be a cpu hog after the wild temps i was getting. *ahem

Yup. The 840 Pro is great. Got two 256GB ones in RAID 0. For some reason the 512GB model is usually more expensive than two 256GB ones. So, this way I still have a large faster one for less money.
