Next to MSI, Sapphire and ASUS, TUL aka PowerColor is introducing a 1 GHz clocked Radeon HD 4890 as well. The PCS++ HD4890 is an advanced version of the PCS+ HD4890, the PCS++ HD4890 has all the key features of the PCS+ HD4890, including ZEROtherm
