Iiyama Intros LED-Backlit ProLite 21.5-inch Display

Posted by Hilbert Hagedoorn on: 07/01/2010 09:00 AM | 0 comment(s) ]

I remember the time when Iiyama was the top of the line CRT monitor manufacturer. In this day and age they are still arround going strong, but they certainly took a step back. Today though they release the ProLite E2271HDS-B 21.5-inch monitor.

The LCD screen comes with a display resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and actually has LED-backlit illumination. That on its end makes the LCD very slim, its thickness is 18.5 mm at its thinnest point. The panel has a response time of 5 ms, contrast ratio of 1,000:1 with 50,000:1 ACR; and brightness of 250 cd/m
