The GeForce GT 630 is garbage at best. I brought the Gigabyte version to replace my sisters Radeon 2600XT and I was not impressed. Hell, even the 4650M in my laptop either bet it, or matched it in my testing, and the power consumption is not good at all! (375w iirc) I should also mention, tessellation was pathetic as well.
Lets put it this way: If an AMD A10-5800K 3.8GHz Quad-Core Processor can play Far Cry 2 on ultra at 1080p at 40FPS then the AMD IGP is better than that.
GT630 is an entry-level card. Why would you buy one for gaming?

This seems like a rebranded GT430, which has the same specs.

You might want to re-read my rant. I never said I brought it for gaming, but I thought what the hell, since I have it, I may as well see how it matches up.
I honestly thought it would be faster than my 4650 though. Guess not...

Did they make it on 180nm fab or something? Thats crazy, even the 8800 Ultra with more unified shader cores (128) on 90nm was about half that and it was considered very high for its time.
On a serious note, low end cards are becoming a waste of time with modern integrated graphics being more and more viable.
