FutureMark issued an update to pretty much all their benchmarks today, solving some small stuff and compatibility issues. We updated all full binaries and inserted smaller patches onto the Guru3D download server. These are all updates for 3DMark Vantage, 3DMark06, 3DMark05, 3DMark03, PCMark Vantage and PCMark05. The updates improve system hardware detection, fix several issues and also add improved GPU clock speed detection.
For 3DMark Vantage and 3DMark06 the update makes both benchmarks fully compatible with the latest multicore processors. In addition, 3DMark Vantage now has significantly faster loading times. The update does not affect core benchmark functionality and the basis for all scores remains unchanged. The updates can be found on the Futuremark website.
All web services will continue supporting the older versions, but support may be phased out at a later date, so we'd like to get this update out to as many users as possible.
