Moments after Corsair released a new firmware for P series solid state drives to enable Windows 7 TRIM support, OCZ also releases a new firmware for its Summit series SSDs to add the TRIM feature.
According to the company, the new firmware helps restore performance on Summit drives back to “new” conditions by freeing space and consolidating blocks of data.
The users of OCZ Summit SSDs can click here to download the new firmware. Please make sure to back up your data before you update though !
