While Nvidia announced the GeForce GTX 1070 and 1080 last week, the board partners have been busy working on the custom models with custom PCB, cooling and clock frequencies. ZOTAC is  releasing a GeForce GTX 1080 PGF (Prime Gamer Force), their most enthusiastic SKUs.

The first renders the ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1080 PGF have arrived and they come with an illuminated back-plate, RGB controllable through the new FireStorm app. You can spot a OC+ module at the end of the card.

Zotac is also releasing Firestorm software, an NVAPI driver software utility to control the card clock frequencies and RGB system. Now, is it just me or does the design resemble something familiar fabbed here in-house at Guru3D.com ? LOL

But hey it has 'Z-Elves' presets, ..  Intersting though, look at the overclock on the 8GB of GDDR5X - it's reaching 5650MHz (11.3GHz) with bandwidth of 361GB/sec over its 256-bit memory bus. Pretty nice for GDDR5X. Oh and if you have no clue what I just referred too .. there's just no shame these days anymore eh ?
