With the Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8 Samsung seems to be experimenting with size variations within this genre as well. Code named as the GT-i9152, the device will be a high-end DUOS smartphone. Leaked specifications shed more light on what we could expect from this one. It is true to its name with a 5.8-inch qHD 960 x 540 TFT display. Additionally, it will also feature an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera, a 1.4GHz dual-core processor, 1.5 GB RAM, a 2600 mAh and will be running Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean, with Samsung's Nature UX interface.



Other features could include Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 a,b,g,n and A-GPS. The Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8 is estimated to measure 164 x 83.8 x 9.7mm. It offers Galaxy Note fans a fresh offering within the phablet arena, albeit, with a bit more to contain.

According to the folks over at SamMobile, a new, even bigger phablet from Samsung is set to make its debut in May or June of this year. Its battery is said to be 2600 mAh and will be running Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean, with Samsung’s Nature UX interface running on the device as well. The device is said to have dimensions of 164 x 83.8 x 9.7mm, and will also have Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 a,b,g,n and supports A-GPS as well.
