Raijintek Releases New Tempered Glass Cases

Raijintek have just released three new cases for their tempered glass series one of which, the Paean M, being their first water cooled open bench. The range of cases features up to four individual panes of 4.0mm tempered glass giving a great view to their new range of LED fans.



As well as the three new cases, Raijintek has also released the the PAXX conversion kit consisting of a riser card extender cable and a special PCI lot bracket. 

Coeus Elite - £122.99 - 140 EUR/USD

he Coeus Elite is a new mid sized chassis with 4 tempered glass panels, 7 fan slots and support for up to a Micro ATX motherboard. It comes with three pre-installed LED fans, two at the front and one at the rear. The front I/O panel has hardpoints for 2 x USB 3.0 and one USB C-TYPE connectors. Furthermore, the Coeus Evo TC is equipped with motherboard spacers and possesses a large cutout in the tray to enable easy CPU cooler swapping.

In terms of components the Elite can fit up to three 3.5"HDD drives with room for an additional  2.5"HDD if needed; Raijintek also does not use typical drive bays or mountings in the typical manner, banishing the data storage to the PSU Shroud or behind the mainboard tray. The case allows for a max CPU cooler height of 175mm and it supports a VGA legth of 350mm with option for 200mm ATX / EPS PSU compatibility. The case itself has a black coated interior with removable dust free filters at the bottom. The chassis is detachable for easy installation,  with two rubber foot handles to make it easily transportable once secure.

COEUS EVO -  £134.99 - 150 EUR/USD

The Coeus Evo is the larger version of the Coeus Elite with a height of 544mm compared to the elite's 484mm. The Evo features slots for up to 8 fans with three pre-installed front facing and one rear fan. In terms of mother boards the EVO supports E-ATX/ ATX/ MICRO ATX/ MINI ITX.  It's front I/O giving hardpoints for 2 x USB 3.0 and one USB C-TYPE connector.  Furthermore the Coeus Evo TC is equipped with motherboard spacers and possesses a large cutout in the tray to enable easy CPU cooler swapping. 

The Elite can fit up to four 3.5"HDD drives; Raijintek avoids using typical drive bays or mountings in this instance and banishes the data storage devices to the PSU Shroud. This means that there is sufficient space available to accommodate a custom water cooling system in the case. The case allows for a max CPU cooler height of 175mm and it supports a VGA legth of 250mm with option for 200mm ATX / EPS PSU compatibility. The case itself has a black coated interior with removable dust free filters at the bottom. The chassis is detachable for easy installation,  with two rubber foot handles to make it easily transportable once secure.

Paean M Micro-ATX Benchtable/Showcase - £79.99 - 90 EUR/USD

The PAEAN M is the Micro ATX / Mini-ITX version of the original Paean series. The semi-open benchtable has a stable base plate made of 3 millimetre thick, anodised black aluminium with a fine hairline finish. The two side parts made of lightly tinted tempered glass with a thickness of 4 millimetres, which makes it an ideal showcase. The PAEAN M can be fitted with a water cooling unit, a 280 mm radiator and It supports both Mini-ITX and Micro-ATX  motherboards. While on the outside there is room for a 3.5" and three 2.5" drives and an ATX power supply  A power supply mounting frame ensures that PSUs up to 20 centimetres long can also be used. The front of the chamber can accommodate either two 120 or 140 fans or a 240 or 280 mm radiator. Directly behind it, a vertical reservoir (e.g. a Raijintek RAI-R20 in the desired colour) can be attached to the aluminium base plate, so that nothing stands in the way of a complete custom water cooling system. The reservoir can also be monitored horizontally in the chamber underneath the motherboard. 

Depending on your preference, it is possible to turn the chamber into the front, with other components remain discreetly hidden on the back side. Graphics cards built into the motherboard can be up to 43 centimeters long  Coolers for the processor can be up to 14 centimetres high, with unlimited space available without the glass side panels. The easy-access I/O panel with four USB 3.0 ports and audio in/out can be mounted on the right or left side of the baseplate and also houses the power button. Last but not least, there are five slot holders for expansion cards on the motherboard.
