Well check that out, PowerColor is working on a liquid cooled Radeon HD 6990. The card comes with a full coverage block made by EK, the EK-FC6990. The blocks would cover the GPUs, memory, IO chip and VRMs.
It's unknown if this dual-GPU monester is going to get faster factory clocks, check out the photo's. There's no word on availibility and pricing.
