Nvidia silently has released their GeForce GTX 960M, GTX 950M and GeForce 940M mobile chips. The laptop GPUs bring a few features to enhance gaming experience and offer BatteryBoost for longer playtime while unplugged with better performance.

With BatteryBoost you lower the FPS to say a max of 30 and thus save on energy consumption during gaming, the new mobile graphics cards will be able to support Direct X12.

The GTX 960M will be included in the Alienware 13 and Asus G501. A few laptops will also be getting the GPU refresh including the Acer V Nitro, HP Omen and the Lenovo Y50. MSI will release the 15-inch GP60 and 17-inch GP70, both of which can be bought with any of Nvidia new GPUs. Razer  updated its 17.3-inch Razer Blade Pro with the Nvidia GTX 960M. It starts at $2,299 with an Intel Core i7-4720HQ processor, 16GB of RAM and an 128GB SSD.
