The colleagues at TPU make note of the fact that NEC will soon introduce the MultiSync PA301W, a new color precise 30" LCD display with a 10-bit IPS panel. The screen offers a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels, built-in 14-bit LUT, 107% Adobe RGB coverage, 1,000:1 contrast ratio, 6ms response time, and 350 nits brightness. The screen has a standard CCFL backlight and is aimed at professional graphics users.
Pricing is expected to be around 2,259EUR.
