LITEON introduces their PH5. Coming in two different storage capacities: 120GB and 240GB, these slim 2.5-inch SSDs (7mm thick) are built with Toshiba TLC NAND Flash memory chips, a SATA 6.0 Gbps interface.
Adopting a durable aluminum housing, the PH5 can deliver sequential read and write speeds of up to 500MB/s and 400MB/s / random read and write speeds (4K QD32) of up to 170MB/s and 330MB/s (120GB model) and sequential read and write speeds of up to 550MB/s and 490MB/s / random read and write speeds (4K QD32) of up to 280MB/s and 330MB/s (240GB model), respectively and have SMART support, TRIM support, NCQ support and an MTBF of 1.5 million hours.
