Intel to launch Two New SSD 335 Series Drives

Oh and they revamp their design a little more tech suited as well. Back on October we reviewed Intels 335 Series SSD. At that time only the 240 GB model was outed. We mentioned however there there would be more models. I seems that Intel will now finally release the 80 and 180 GB models. The SSDs are based on 20nm NAND flash from Intel's own IM Flash Technologies (IMFT) line. 



The two SKU codes will be SSDSC2CT080A4K5 & SSDSC2CT1804K.

Interesting is that the looks are have gotten a makeover, instead of a metal shell the new SSDs will get a printed circuit diagram on the top along with an Intel logo on the bottom right corner of the SSD.

You can expect that Intel will ship the two new models by January 2013, prices are to be announced.
