Intel Releases Braswell SOCs for entry level

Silently Intel just injected four new Braswell SOCs into the channel. The models are both dual and quad-core for entry level desktops and laptops, they will be released as Celeron and Pentium processors.



Braswell SOCs are fabbed at 14nm and have one or two CPU modules, each module is equipped with two Airmont cores. The 14nm chips followup the 22nm BayTrail-D SOCs. Intel also has added Core i3 and Pentiums based on Haswell to the price list. Below a  quick overview of the new additions.
