Intel attempts to cut Atom supply to Chinese knockoff netbook makers

Trading Markets wrote Intel is going to implement rigid monitoring over the supply of its Atom processors in China, to prevent that knockoff netbook manufacturers get their hands on the processor.
The global chip maker will not accept orders for Atom processors from the hundreds of local knockoff netbook producers in the future. Normal computer manufacturers will procure Atom processors from local agencies only.

Besides, those Taiwan computer manufacturers with large Atom stockpiles will be tracked, in case that they would resell the processors to the mainland knockoff makers. And Intel has established a perfect monitoring system to enforce the processor supply mechanism.
