E3 2017: The Elder Scrolls Online DLCs

During its E3 2017 press conference, Bethesda announced two new DLC packs coming to The Elder Scrolls Online. The upcoming Horns of the Reach DLC will release this August, while the Clockwork City DLC will be available for Bethesda's fantasy MMO at some point later in the year.



Bethesda also announced on Twitter that it's releasing two new DLC packs for the game. Called The Horns of the Reach and Clockwork City, not much is known about them at the moment.

Horns of the Reach will add two new dungeons—Falkreath Hold and Bloodroot Forge—as well as new items, achievements and more. Additionally, the base game will get a free update when this DLC pack launches, adding a new Battlegrounds map and ruleset, as well as new homes, Crown Crates, holiday events and more. While the update will be available to all Elder Scrolls Online players, only those who own ESO: Morrowind will have access to the Battlegrounds content.

Among other things, it adds a new area, story, and player vs. player battleground. The expansion costs $40 if you already own ESO, or you can buy both the base game and ESO: Morrowind for $60.
