AMD moved its 17.9.3 driver towards Microsoft WHQL status. The driver is the same games wise, however the installer is now over 600MB. This is due to the fact that AMD included CCC2.exe. The drivers also includes new RAIDXpert2 functionalty for AMD X399 chipsets and there's also a I2S audio driver. AMD only updated their 64-bit drivers to WHQL.
