So for this edition of daily deals at Guru3D I wanted to focus on motherboards for a change. There are many, they are diverse but let's run through some of the good deals shall we ?
AMD - Phenom / Phenom II
- For AMD motherboards and Phenom processors there's really only one motherboards series that applies. Your motherboard should be based on AMDs 790 chipset, LOADED with features. Check out this Asus M4A78T-E Motherboard at $139.99
- Or the MSI K9A2 Platinum AM2+/AM2 selling even cheaper at $129.99 , fair deal .. lovely motherboard in specs and aesthetics really.
- If you need to shave of the price a little further you could opt the 780 chipset, some great deals are to be found there. The ECS (Elitegroup Computers) ECS A780VM-M2 Motherboard for example, will run great, aestically less pleasing .. yet at $62.99 you just can't complain really.
Intel - Core 2 Duo/Quad
- GigaByte GA-EP45-UD3P Motherboard, one of my facvorites, Core 2 compatible LOTS of features as well. It's available for $114.99 which is just an astounding deal really.
- ASRock 4CoreDual-SATA2 R2.0 Motherboard -- if you are on a budget, check this out as it has everything you need fully Core 2 compatible and sells at merely $59.99
Intel - Core i7
- Rampage II extreme -- there can only be one the best, it's this one from ASUS. I own one myself and it is sick. The price is also sick though at $398.99
- eVGA X58 SLI Motherboard -- this offers just so much more value, great motherboard, check out our review. It's priced now at $279.00
