Cooler Master Power Supply with LAN capability at Computex

So this is a totally new concept that Cooler Master is working on. They want to create a PSU series with integrated LAN over your power lines. Cooler Master places Ethernet network into power supplies with the Power LAN 700W by incorporating PLC (Programmable Logic Controller).

Now Power LAN is not something new, and always has been plagued by a lot of packet loss due to the many devices connected to the grid in your house. But claims are that this kit is capable of 200 MBit/s.

Though this is a mockup and prototype only, the idea is of course very interesting. We'll tell you more when we know more.
