Never a dull moment in technology land, Cooler Master renamed their V8 GTS series coolers under just the V8 name after a lawsuit on trademarks.
Cooler Master already mentioned back in February to be willing to do this due to 'forced circumstances'. V8 Will honor the old flagship cooler that was released back on 2008.
In the end the manufacturer of Hardware Labs Performance Systems coolers in Europe had a claim on 'GTS' and that company started a lawsuit against caseking, the distributor for Cooler Master. Up-to that moment the coolers where still available under the V8 GTS naming, but the company now starts shipment with the new 'V8' logo only.
