By design the chassis is an ATX mid-tower with large rubberized handles on top. Support for current high-end hardware is greatly increased by a removable HDD cage that supports VGAs like the NVIDIA GTX 690 and AMD HD 7990, making the Scout 2 better prepared for all conditions.
The case includes three 5.25-inch drive bays, seven 3.5/2.5-inch internal bays, and a ventilation system that includes a perforated front (two 120 mm front intakes), a 120 mm rear spinner, two side 120 mm fan provisions, and two 120 mm top fans.
