We've seen this form factor a number of times already from ASUS, ASUS intros their GeForce GTX 960 Mini, a 17 in length GeForce GTX 960 aimed at the small form factor mITX and Micro ATX.
You can find this puppy under SKU code GTX960-MOC-2GD. The card is even tweaked a little at a 1190 MHz core, 1253 MHz GPU Boost, and 7.00 GHz memory ( reference clocks are 1126/1178 MHz). Monitor connectors wise a dual-link DVI, HDMI 2.0, and three DisplayPort 1.2 connectors will be present.
Nice stuff, there is no release date or price available just yet though.
