Giants - Concluding

This inclusion of the RTS element is silky smooth, and will completely entertain people who despise the genre. (namely, me. sorry guys, but building generators in Starcraft for a half-hour is not my idea of fun) The only slightly negative thing that I have to say about this game, it the in game save configuration. After you complete a certain portion of the mission, and only then, will the game automatically save for you. However, the save points are placed in the right places, so you probably not get too frustrated over this minor detail.

Graphics - Fantastic. The environments are, lush, colorful, imaginative, and most of all, believable. They have expansive environments, all fully explore able. However, I have just two complaints. The weapons in the first person mode are poorly animated. There are not even animations for switching them, one just appears where another disappeared. The other is the frame-rate. In 800X600 resolution, I was averaging about 30 fps on my computer. You may have to mess with the options a bit to get the speed right for you.

Sound - As I said, the voice acting is great. The weapons all have their own unique sounds. There is often a lack of music during the game, which will annoy some people, but others won't mind. I think a little music could have spruced things up a bit, but hey, that's me.

Multiplayer - No idea. You must either know the number of a specific server, or, use Mplayer, which wouldn't work for me. If anyone you there has gotten it to work, please e-mail me, I wanna know what its like.

Good points - Funniest game I've ever played, insanely original, great visuals.

Bad points - Will make you a computer addict. The first version is very buggy, so I would recommend that you upgrade to v 1.02 before you start to play.
