Download the GeForce 313.96 Beta driver. This is the recommended GeForce driver for the Crysis 3 Multiplayer Open Beta. It delivers a smoother gaming experience, and boosts SLI performance by up to 65%. EA’s recommended GeForce GPU for Crysis 3 is a GeForce GTX 560 or higher. For the Hi-Performance PC Specification, EA recommends GeForce GTX 680.
Other highlights include sizeable SLI and single-GPU performance gains of up to 27% in Assassin’s Creed III, 19% in Civilization V, 14% in Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, 14% in DiRT 3, 11% in Just Cause 2, 10% in Deus Ex: Human Revolution, 10% in F1 2012, and 10% in Far Cry 3.

Yah these are seriously borked drivers. Seems driver updates lately have got worse, first last one that SLI was broke, now these that hard lock up pc. :/
They need to pull these from site.

Regarding BF3 I must say that these drivers make the game run much better for me. It's not a huge increase in frames really but an overall smoother feeling, no stutter or frame skips anymore. Hopefully this remains true for the next WHQL.

A new option seems to be listed in nvidia inspector, "Texture Filtering - Driver Controlled LOD Bias" that seems to be on by default, I assume this controls whether the LOD Bias is automatically adjusted with Antialiasing?

No problems on win 8; things are nice and smooth like the previous sets. I did try the new smooth vsync option with GW2 and it just seemed to cap the game at 30fps. Will test some when i have time but it looks like i will not be using the new vsync

International 64-bit driver installed fine for me with no problems on reboot after re-enabling SLI. I always install drivers with the Run as Administrator option though and choose the Custom install without the two 3D options. I did not use the Clean install mode either or use any other driver cleaner as I think they're unnecessary.

They installed fine with International UK version., Windows 8Pro x64
I ran it as administrator and then selected clean install.
