Our Updated Privacy Policy (GDPR compliant)

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer's domain name, but not the email address (where possible). We collect only the domain name, but not the e-mail address of visitors to our Web page, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user-specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. The information we collect is used for internal review by the Guru 3D and its affiliates. The information is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page and not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes. We have updated our Privacy Policy, and it will be in effect from 25 May, 2018. Guru3D.com will delete your personal data as soon as we no longer need these to achieve the above-mentioned purposes. We may, however, process your personal data anonymously for a longer period of time or if we are legally obliged or entitled to do so.

Guru3D.com does not sell, share, or otherwise distribute your Personal Data to third parties, except as provided in this Privacy Policy. All the data we collect is used for the purposes listed above. Personal Data may be transferred to third parties who act for or on our behalf, for further processing in accordance with the purposes for which the data were originally collected. These third parties have contracted with us to only use Personal Data for the agreed upon purpose, and not to sell or disclose your Personal Information to third parties, unless it may be required by law. On our website, we have implemented the products of different Data Processors, such as Cognito Forms and Zendesk, to assist in the communication with our customers and visitors to our website, as well as to improve our services.

When you use our website, we may collect and process your personal data on the basis of your consent. You have the right to request changes or to entirely delete your personal data at any time.
