We review the Nanoxia Deep Silence 1 chassis. Nanoxia is a relatively new player in the chassis market, based in Germany they just released their Deep Silence 1, a very impressive chassis with some pretty terrific features. The DS1 comes in three models: Deep Silence 1 Silver, Deep Silence 1 Anthracite and Deep Silence 1 White. We test the standard black with its great looks and sound dampened version. As you'll notice very little is actually regular about this chassis, is it true what they say about German build quality?
we review the Silverstone GD07 HTPC chassis. The Grandia GD07, an updated version which offers everything you ever wanted in for a HTPC, it's so spacious that you could even use it as a very cool desktop PC. I mean Extended ATX (EATX) sized motherboards fit (!), heck you can even throw in very long graphics cards in there as we'll show you.
There is a new player in the PC casing / chassis arena, they are named Anidées and recently they have introduced their first product into the market. Their first chassis released is the AI-6, it comes in three models, standard black, one with a side panel window and a sound dampened version. We'll check out the 'regular' model, but as you'll notice very little is actually regular about this chassis. Read article

VidaBox vCase3 Premium tested - This chassis is a low profile mATX HTPC chassis with a great design at a reasonable price. Simple, basic, handy -- these are all keywords that apply to the overall design and looks of the vCase3 Premium. Especially in an era where we see form factors change a lot, a chassis like this in the living room can help out a lot. It blends in with the rest of your components really well, it can house the latest mATX motherboards. You can pop in a regular ATX power supply and well... you are good to go. Whether it is entry-level, mid-range or even if you pop in say a high-end ASUS Maximus II Gene with Core i7 870 processor -- it's all possible with this HTPC chassis. Read article
Zalman recently released a new chassis onto the market called MS1000-HS2, a chassis targeted at the somewhat high-end professional end-user with a grasp for style, design and functionality. The chassis offers way more than standard features though, we see sound dampening, removable drive bays, optimized cooling at low noise levels and sure just offering very versatile chassis. Next to the stylish smooth lines and lack of weird curvatures in the design you'll also spot hot-swappable drives; no less than six removable HDDs can be installed in this HS2 model. Read article

Here we test the NZXT Whisper chassis. A nice design chassis that is big in size (full-tower) yet with a focus on decent airflow in that chassis, and the room for everything you can think of. Are the looks fooling us or is this a really worthy chassis concept ? Read article
A review on the SunBeamtech Acrylic HTPC chassis. A fully functional HTPC chassis, with proper cooling, front panel, UV lit fans all at a very sharp price of just 79 USD. Sunbeamtech offers their Acrylic HTPC case in two versions: a clear non-UV reagent acrylic (HTPC-T) or using a blue UV-reagent acrylic (HTPC-HUVB), the model we reviewed. Read article
A PC in your living room however has to look nice, be silent and functional; and that's quite a challenge as today's computer parts are often noisy and create lot's of heat. Building a HTPC surely isn't an easy task as you need to carefully handpick all components used. For optimal cooling and nice looks today we land at the premises of Zalman. They recently released their Zalman HD160XT Plus HTPC chassis. A seriously gorgeous looking HTPC chassis, made out of aluminum and with a small 7" Zero Defect LCD touch screen (no dead pixels). NZXT released their first SSF chassis under the name Rogue. Quite an interesting name as is has several meanings, in biology however Rogue equals "a usually inferior organism, esp. a plant, varying markedly from the normal". I think it's safe to apply that description to the chassis we are testing today. A chassis that for the bigger part is a aluminum chassis guaranteeing optimal cooling, low noise levels and since it's NZXT .. looks to die for. Read article

So once I was on the Spire website to have a peek at that PSU I noticed that they were about to release another product... a PC chassis and it's designed by Pininfarina. So I shouted out; "YES!". Now again let's talk about chances and statistical anomalies. Chances are that 70% of you know who Pininfarina is, yet statistically 83% has heard of the name Pininfarina at the very least.
