There is one top fan; a quiet Sanyo Denki fan which activated only when a higher than 40% load or temperature is recorded. For this Hybrid Fan mode needs to be enabled. The power supply stays incredible cool, even at a 700+ Watt stress test the PSU was just lukewarm and the fan actually stayed off for a while. Alternatively, you can flick a switch which will activate the fan regardless.

The PSU has an ATX design yet is slightly more lengthy, it'll fit in any chassis though, its dimensions are: 150 x 160 x 86mm (W x L x H).

The blue sticker, it's informing you of that Hybrid fan mode. The Hybrid Silent Fan Control provides 3 operational stages: Fanless, Silent, and Cooling Mode. The sticker is actually blocking a couple modular connectors, so be sure to remove it before use. For load testing, I've decided to go with normal mode. Fanless modes don't usually last long in the hot box, anyway.

When it comes to wiring we feel that there's enough connectors for this model, have a look at the supplied connectors, all with decent length by the way.

The ATX motherboard connector as well reached to 60CM, the Molex and SATA power cables 60 to 90 CM, the 8-pin CPU ATX power connector is 70 cm and the PCIE graphics connectors reach 60 cm.

Graphics card wise with our tested 1000W model you get to play with six (!) 6+2 Pin PCie connectors.

We see sleeved cabling with dark colored connectors. That's a good design. The cables have a proper nice length as well. Purely for aesthetic reasons of course.

Last photo, here we can observe modular options, really simple but great stuff. The +12V rails certainly is excessive alright. You'll get one massive rail of them rated at 83 Amps. 83Ax12V=996 Watt.
