At the top we see the fan. It is a ball-bearing a 120mm fan . We can confirm that this PSU is quite silent, heavily stressed you can softly hear the fan though. We'll do DBA readings later on though.
At the rear side we can see connectors / supplied cabling all held together by a tie-wrap. Good to see is that the cables have been sleeved.
Cabling is reasonably lengthy, could have been better to be honest. Standard ATX motherboard cables come in just short of 50cm, peripheral connectors from roughly 50 to 80cm. The PCIe graphics connector headers are roughly 45 cm in length, which I find too short.
Last photo, we hook up the PSU and check if its working properly with this handy little reading device. This by the way is far from a precise measurement device but overall is a nice indicator that stuff works.
OCZ StealthXstream 2 600W PSU review We test and review the OCZ StealthXstream 2 600 Watt power supply. A 600 Watt power supply which can get 85% efficient at typical loads. Will we be impressed by this 80+ certified power supply? I mean if its good, then at 70 EUR-USD it should be a bargain.
