With this chart, lower = better. Huge spikes above 40-50ms can be considered a problem like a stutter or indicate a low framerate. BTW the big blue bar on the left indicates a few seconds VSYNC or a frame rate limiter. Once the benchmark starts the game engine jumps into the proper mode, so no worries. The GTX 780 on green behaves perfectly.
