The cooler is a good chunk longer then what you will see on average, then again it is dual-slot and dual-fan. The cooling solution overall is incredibly silent and the performance is great as well, the DirectCU II series of cooling has done ASUS justice alright. This model has three thick heatpipes merging into the cooling block and touching the GPU, hence the Direct CU (copper) branding.
