The DIMM kit we received is a 16 GB in total, it has a CAS latency of 16. Each DIMM is 8GB a piece and thus dual and quad channel compatible. You should be able to find it at roughly 100 to 125 EURO.

Here we have the DIMMs after unpacking. These are 8 GB 3000 MHz DIMMs in a kit of 2x DIMMs, we received the black & red LED design ones. Great design, cool that the PCB is black as most motherboards have a black PCB as well these days. Intel XMP version 2.0 is here as well, if of course supported by the motherboard. Mind you that you have color options, check their website.

As you might have noticed from that sticker, this kit can manage latencies of 16-18-18-38 at 1.35 Volts, and that is a normal latency for this memory, albeit it could be lower as CL12 and CL14 are slowly becoming available in volume. For optimal stability we do recommend you stick to the manufacturer suggested settings at default SPD or XMP 2.0 profile which you can easily enable in the motherboard BIOS.

We like the black PCB and the matching heat-spreader, styling wise (hey it matters in a high-end cool looking rig) this is a very tasteful kit as well as aesthetically wise. The kit is dual/triple/quad-channel, you could opt for this 16GB kit with two DIMMS or double that up for quad-channel on compatible platforms. With more high-end memory often come some extras, Teamgroup offers a limited life-time warranty with these memory modules, you can't beat that. These days in a PC we recommend 8GB as default minimum, 16GB for a little extra in your spicy gaming rig and 32GB  for the ones that use memory intensive applications / do memory intensive transcoding and/or content creation.
