A closer look at Zenith (X399)
The Threadripper platform can take high-frequency DDR4 memory, 3200 MHz will not be an issue. That's quad channel, AMD supplied the kits with 4 x 8GB G-Skill 3200 14-14-14-34 Memory model number F4-3200C14D-16GTZR. You enable DOCP (ASUS) or well .. XMP in the BIOS and boot into 3200 MHz CL14 instantly.
And there you have it you guys, the platform that AMD delivered (well aside from that cooler and graphics card).
