Above, the percentile chart of the 30 seconds gaming @ 2560x1440. Here we plot FPS and place it in relation to percentiles.

• 50% of the time measured frames is doing 78 FPS. 
• The last 5% of the frames is at 60 FPS or lower. We see a strong drop off in the last 2% indicating stutters.

Please let me remind you of the fact that this is measured at a monitor resolution of 2560x1440. Again you can see very fast frames in the first 20%, that's again explained right here.

In this 30 second run the graphics card manages to remain below 20ms mostly, we see much more spikes in the chart. This is relative though, as again hitman runs quite smooth thanks to the low latency overall. I did notice a few stutters that are in line with some inserted frames (the spikes that drop downwards to 0ms). That translates to a tiny visible freeze on screen where two or three frames show 100% the same render.

With this chart, lower = better. Huge spikes above 40-50ms can be considered a problem like a stutter or indicate a low framerate.

Here also a run with the 13.5 Beta 2 prototype driver with Frame pacing. Unfortunately the resutls are not yet in AMD's favor here.
