• 50% of the time measured frames is doing 23 FPS.
• The last 5% of the frames is at 15 FPS or lower. 

For those that do not understand what you are looking at, the above is a gametime scene recorded for 30 seconds. On this 30 Second run the graphics cards all show spikes and thus indicate stutters, we can confirm these as visible on screen. This happens with ALL cards tested at any resolutions, so it is A4 game-engine or system related.

Overall with the recent game patches, a lot of the stuttering has been eliminated. So what you see here at 2560x1440, is in fact impressive. With this chart, lower = better. Huge spikes above 40-50ms can be considered a problem like a stutter or indicate a low framerates.
