There's a decent amount of cables for you to use and connect, here is an overview:

  • 1 x 20+4-pin ATX
  • 2 x 4+4-pin ESP/12V CPU
  • 4 x 6+2-pin PCI-E (750W)
  • 6 x 6+2-pin PCI-E (850W)
  • 4 x 4-pin Peripheral
  • 12 x 5-pin SATA

The native hard wired cables are braided, the modular cables are all flat and simply have a rubber coating.

When it comes to wiring we feel that there are enough connectors for this model, have a look at the supplied connectors, all with decent length by the way. The ATX motherboard connector is 60~65CM, the Molex and SATA power cables 70 to 90 CM, the 8-pin CPU ATX power connector is at a great length of roughly 65 cm and the PCIe graphics connectors reach a lovely 60 cm as well.

One gripe we have with the PSU are the modular connectors, and this is the very same comment we had with the 1200W MkIII, the Male connectors are on the PSU, the female connectors on the cables. IMHO that should have been the other way around, say you have sweaty hands, are looking for a cable and by accident touch the pins with your hand. Yeah, not recommended. In all fairness, it does look sweet though.
