The design is overall extremely slick and glossy with dark elements. There is no front door, just the bezel is in place (which can be removed). This also means that there is no space for 5.25" devices like opticals.

At the top side we spot the frontpanel I/O functionality. You get two USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0 connectors. Located here are the microphone and audio jacks as well.

Looking at the backside we got impressed. At the rear of the Noctis 450 we see openings for the I/O panel, power supply and nine expansion slots. Let me show you that a tad better though. Judgeing from the looks the chassis seems to be made out of SECC Steel and ABS Plastic.

Nearby to the I/O panel opening is a 140 mm exhaust fan (which can be moved upwards and downwards). There are 120mm and 140mm mounts here. That top rear fan BTW is movable, so you can position it just right for optimal cooling conditions. Fairly identical to most modern enthusiast cases, the power supply is located at the bottom compartment. You'd almost miss it, but to the top left you can see a small black button, this controls the LED lighting system. basically it offer's three dimmed modes. The PSU NZXT logo is LED lit (blue), the bottom has two LED strips (blue), and the rear IO is lit with a while LED. I'll show you that in detail later on though.
