Here we connect a V-point cable to one of the headers, now you can use any kind of multi-meter to measure either the GPU or memory voltage. It's rather excessive for the regular user, but there are LN2 overclockers out there that really like this option.

Here you can see us monitoring the GPU core voltage, the GPU is nicely clocked down only needing 0.95 Volts.

There's a battery of LEDs in the backside rear of the PCB. There are twelve of them, indicating .. yes these represent the GPU power phases.
