A new socket change (LGA1155) was required for Sandy Bridge processors, no new cooler mount is needed as LGA 1156 coolers will fit fine as the four mount holes have the exact same specification.

If we zoom in a little we can spot lots of room around socket LGA 1155, also we spot quality capacitors and solid core chokes. This is the DrMOS design, which is found under the heatsink bundled with 3 important elements into Military Class II including SFC, Hi-c CAP and Solid Capacitors.

The ATX motherboard power connector is position properly, with above it the four DDR3 DIMM slots. The motherboard can take up-to 16GB of memory clocked at 1333 MHz. Overclocked BIOS options allow for settings at 1600/1866 and even 2133 MHz out of the box as well. Of course your memory needs to support this, as well as your processors memory dividers.

In fact today we'll be using Ripjaws memory courtesy of G.Skill, it is rated 2133 MHz at CAS 7 (!), you are going to see some amazing memory bandwidth numbers. And its so easy to install, in the BIOS enable XMP mode and boom ... after a reboot you have your memory configured up and running.
