So then if the sky isn't the limit .. you go with Galaxy ?  Under their all new premium brand KFA2 (Karte for Action) series has now released a completely customized GeForce GTX 470. I tell you, the card is looking really good. Custom everything, dual-BIOS, removable fan to clean up dust, standard overclock, lower temperatures, lower noise levels .. well that all sums it up real quick really.

This GeForce GTX 470 has 448 CUDA cores, 1,280MB of GDDR5 memory and support for 3-way SLI multi-GPU setups and 3D Vision Surround. As for actual frequencies, the GPU operates at 625MHz, whereas the shaders and memory are clocked at 1,250MHz and 3,348MHz, respectively.

In addition to a shorter PCB (9 inches instead of 9.5), the video controller uses, obviously, a different cooling mechanism, specifically a dual-slot cooler with four copper heatpipes and a copper base. There is also a fan that can be raised, so that the heatsink can be easily dusted.

Also interesting the card is equipped with dual-BIOS, should you prefer to run one BIOS overclocked, this is an option, you can access the BIOS with the help of Xtreme Tuner software from within your operating system.

Interesting fact -- Press and hold the RESET button for 5 seconds during computer boot-up and you have switched to the secondary BIOS.

Xtreme Tuner HD however is in it's essence a new overclock utility, allowing limited voltage tweaking on the GPU as well. We'll check that out in our overclock session as really, we are incredibly impressed as to how far we could push this card. We literally can bring it to GeForce GTX 480 performance levels.
