Connectivity wise for monitor outputs we get a nice four-fold of connectors supporting all high-resolution monitors. We get a display port connectors, HDMI (1.4) and two DVI connectors. As you can see, we have two cards available for some Crossfire testing.

We find the cooler to be good enough, though it really doesn't bring in many advantages over the reference cooler. It is however very reasonable noise wise and keeps the temperature well under control as our tests later on will show you. Here you can see the backside and the corresponding Crossfire connector. Just one, so 2-way Crossfire would be your maximum.

The 7850 utilizes two 6-pin power connector, a 500~550W PSU would be sufficient. There are a total of 16 high-density Hynix memory ICs located on the board, each offering 256MB of GDDR3.

As stated the card is Crossfire compatible, meaning you can hook up another card and double up on rendering game performance, which is exactly what we'll be doing today. Bare in mind you do need four 6-pin PCIe Graphics power connector leads from your power supply for that.

And with crossfire, don't forget to connect the crossfire bridge ;)
