11. Did you modify anything ?  cases/video cards/other? Did you do it yourself? Walk us through it.

The entire chassis was designed from the ground up for Sapphire AMD.  Sapphire gave me 100% creative control and I tried to respect that by incorporating their logos while tying them into my usual theme of angels.  I am quite happy with how the rig turned out.

My other mods deviate from the traditional case as it were so I was scared to work on something more normal, but in the end I was able to make it my own.  I think all the little details are what make me happy, such as the tiny AMD logos on the "ice cubes" in the custom reservoir, or the LEDs that illuminate the angels on the front and the feet.  I mentioned above that the side panels are seamless, and "click" right into the frame using tiny magnets.  The rear vent is comprised of an AMD logo motiff, and this is echoed throughout the case.  I am very happy with the color scheme, (black, dark blue, and a touch of aqua for subtle contrast).

Lastly, although you can't see it in the pictures, the case is illuminated by 23 carefully positioned LEDs which are mostly embedded in the acrylic.  These compliment the Enermax Apolish Vegas fans which throw quite a lightshow.  The gorgeous artwork on the side panel was drawn by my friend Chris Jahosky specific for this project and I was honored to adorn the case with it.

The concept for the two angels on the front was provided by my brother-in-law, Jordan Kelley.  I contributed the rest of the artwork and design, though I can't claim IP for Sapphire and AMD's logos. =)

12. Your 3DMark06 / 3DMark Vantage score (P+GPU)
I can't find the screenshot to confirm but it was 21k with low Xs (21XXX) in 3DMark Vantage.
