4. How much money did you spend on the rig as it is right now?
The components themselves are worth probably 1000€ + 300€ on water cooling parts. The actual parts I used for case modding were definitely under 100€, but including the tools, the absolute total price for the rig would be over 1500€ easily.
5. How often do you update/buy a new rig?
Pretty rarely actually, I just don't see a point in upgrading a pc just for the kicks. At the moment my PC is more than enough for my needs and I don't mind turning down a few settings in the current AAA titles to get playable framerates.
6. What components are used?
Intel i7 6700k Delidded 4.2Ghz @ 1.2V, Zotac GTX 970 @ 1497 MHZ, 2 x 8 Gb sticks of Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 memory 2666 Cl16, Corsair AX860 power supply, ASrock z270m-ITX motherboard, Case is a heavily modded Fractal Design Define Nano S. 3 x Corsair 120 ML Pro white fans and 2 x BeQuiet 140mm Silent Wings on the front radiator. Watercooling parts are a mix of Barrow, EKWB, Alphacool, and Aquacomputer.
