Gigabyte Krypton game mouse review - Introduction

Alright, let's review the Gigabyte Aivia Krypton game mouse. We stated it a couple of times already, it is very crowded in the PC gaming hardware arena, especially when it comes to keyboards and mice. Whether you have 5 bucks to spend or 100 EUR, there WILL be a product matching that budget. Simple mice, small mice, mice dedicated to games, mice with multiple scanning lasers, mice with adjustable weight systems, and on and on.

A year or two maybe three ago Gigabyte launched their Aivia series of products onto the market as well, and ever since delivers some of the hottest amongst them to you, the end user.

Aivia products are aimed at the gamers and moreoverly are segmented in mice and keyboards. Today we review the Gigabyte Aivia Krypton game mouse which is described as a dual-chassis gaming mouse. The 8200 DPI mouse comes with a switchable base that can be replaced with two accessories, ceramic mouse feet or Teflon feet.

In Gigabyte’s own mindset , the ceramic base comes with “abrasion-free ceramic mouse feet that provide extraordinary SPEED for immediate reaction” and the Teflon base will sport “ultra-smooth Teflon feet pads to ensure precise CONTROL retaining to hit your target.”

There's more though as the mouse has a very sensitive laser, comes witha  weigh adjustable system and has a GHOST Macro engine with built-in 32KB memory for onboard Macro's and profiels storage.

But please a peek at the product and then let's head onwards into the review, will the 70 EUR price tag be worth it with regards to features and functionality? Let's find out.
