The cooler is slightly linger than the  PCB, it is dual-slot and dual-fan. Over the past two years the WindForce  coolers have really proven themselves in both performance and low noise levels. So yeah, the cooling solution overall is incredibly silent and the performance is great as well. This model has four heatpipes merging into the cooling block.

The GeForce GTX 660 has a maximum power consumption of 140 Watts, the typical power raw will actually be a good notch lower. You'll need to power the card with only one 6-pin PCIe PEG lead from your power supply.
