Connectivity wise we see two dual-link DVI connectors supporting all high-resolution monitors and all the way to the left you can see a mini HDMI connector. Mini HDMI was chosen to be able to position the connector at the lower half, so that the top half can exhaust hot air. A special HDMI cable will be included for you. Make sure the chassis has plenty of room as the graphics card is 30 CM in length.

Here we can see the backside; overall, a clean looking yes heavily occupied PCB, with some extra's alright. You can spot the fice NEC Proadlizer (Prompt, Broadband, Stabilizer) capacitors which offer ultra-high capacitance ratings and have flat surfaces that can be more easily cooled. The Bill of Materials on this card must have been huge.

The card has a 14 phase PWM design, 12 active phased for the GPU and 2 phases for memory. That's quite a lot alright. The cooler is based on Gigabyte's Windforce 3 design and comes with three 80mm fans for quiet operation. The WindForce cooler is actually based on a vapor chamber design, much like the one the GTX 580 uses as well.
