Final Words & Conclusion

So hopefully you will all agree with me that what you have seen here today is pretty sweet. I mean, here we have this cute 79 USD motherboard that just offers as much fun and features as the AMD 790 motherboards do.

And sure, not everything is perfect, I mean you do only get one PCIe x16 slot and the 8-pin CPU power header could have been located slightly better. But other than that, there's ridiculously little to complain about, making this a really good motherboard.

With Gigabyte's MA770-UD3P you'll gain every foreseeable and important feature that you'll need. You have plenty of connectivity, even stuff like optical TOSLINK output is supplied. I mean as such it's just an awesome little motherboard. Next to that it performs 100% as well as the 790 chipset, for which the motherboards start at 125 USD.  And also overclocking wise, you'll have ever and any feature available much like the 790 series, including ACC control. To top it off, Gigabyte applied their UD3 strategy into this motherboard which amounts for quality components, more copper inside that motherboard which in the end offers great stability, thermals and lifespan.

guru3d-value_150px.jpgIt is rare that I am so impressed with what is to be considered very mainstream to budget hardware. Take this motherboard, pop on a 100 USD AMD Phenom II processor and the sky is the limit for very little money as you'll have an excellent performing feature rich PC for for little dough.

I tell you, hardware like this is just pure fun, feature rich, performing very well and saves you a good chunk of money. There's no need to say anything else really. Two thumbs up, a highly recommended motherboard.
