Gigabyte GA-MA770T-UD3P motherboard review - Introduction

Product: Gigabyte GA-MA770T-UD3P (AMD 770 AM3)
Manufacturer: Gigabyte
SKU code: GA-MA770T-UD3P
Information: website
Street price: 79 USD \ 60 EUR

You guys know that we had numerous reviews on AMD motherboards and processors telling you that the AMD platforms offer value and great performance. Fact is, you really can't go wrong with the pricing level that AMD's chipsets and processors offer.

Today I'd like to introduce you to yet another motherboard with an AMD chipset. See, we've been evangelizing the 790FX/GX motherboards chipsets from AMD ever since the start. But fair enough, these motherboards are worth every penny at 100 to 150 USD. But heck you guys .. you can go even cheaper without the need to forfeit on overall performance and features.

Most of us .. well 98% of us, can live fine with one PCIe slot and thus one graphics card. Two PCI slots are just fine. So get this ... I spotted this little cute Gigabyte motherboard still with 6x SATA, Gigabyte Ethernet, RAID, 4 DIMM slots, integrated audio, dual-BIOS and the entire Gigabyte enchilada of motherboards features for roughly 79 USD. Here in Europe you can even pick them up at just over 60 EUR. Pop in a nice value AMD Phenom II processors (as yes it's AM3 ready as well) and you might have purchased a heap of value !

Without further ado, let me introduce the Gigabyte GA-MA770T-UD3P which comes with AMD 770 chipset (770 Northbridge and AMD SB710 Southbridge) and is AM3 Ready.

Let's go check her out and move onwards to the next page.
