Here we have the  USB cable it's a good 3 meters, so that is more than plenty.  The cable itself is really flexible rubber, not stiff or too sturdy. It is very more comfortable being that soft plus you get the added benefit that it prevents weird noises inside the cup.

Attached to the cable is a nicely looking control pod that lights up when there is USB power. You can turn on/off the MIC and control the volume of the headset per audio channel (main/rear/side/front/center/sub-woofer). once powered on it'll show red LED light traces and indicators.

The kit is sweet alright, nice and comfortable headphones that will cover your ears,  the ear-pads have soft leather like material wrapped memory foam that conforms to the contours of your head without binding or pinching. The SR910 is your usual big headset though with circumaural ear coupling, nicely soft padded headband.

You will spot the see through sealed back earcups, but these have five drivers (Neodymium Magnet) per ear cup, 40mm (Sub) 30mm (Front) 30mm (Center) 27mm (Side) 23mm (Rear). I overexposed the photo so you can physically see the five drivers. Obviously G.Skill left the cups transparent so you can see the drivers yourself as this is a bit of a feature to show off. So it offers true multi-channel audio, yet also makes use of Xear. We'll get into it later as really, as that is an optional virtualized surround layer.

The inner ear cups are very softly padded, the headset might not be light, but it is very comfortable to wear, for a long time frame as well so that weight really is not an issue.
